Get briefed before a meeting
Walking into a meeting? Birdie gives you where the deal stands and one thing to ask, in two sentences.
Start a brief
- From your calendar: on Home, find the meeting under Up next and tap Brief me.
- From anywhere: start a session and say "I'm about to head into a meeting with Timescapes, can you help me prepare?"
What you get
Birdie leads with a short prep, two sentences at most:
- where the deal stands,
- what changed since you last spoke,
- what you owe them going in,
- one gap worth asking the customer about.
Then it follows you. Ask follow-ups like "who's coming?", "what did we last email them about?" or "what's the budget?".
When attendees are not in your CRM
If the people on the invite do not match anything in your CRM, Birdie tells you who is coming and from which company, and offers to add them. It can also look them up online if you say yes, and tell you their role "per their public profile".
Listen in
Once the meeting starts, the Up next card shows Listen in. Tap it and Birdie listens silently through the meeting. When you stop, it writes up your notes from what it heard, ready for you to review.
