Getting started
How long does it take to get started?
About two minutes. Sign in, have one short conversation with Birdie, and you're running.
No data import to sit through. No setup wizard. You talk, Birdie listens, you're in.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. You already talk about your deals after calls, between meetings, in the car.
Now the talking is the logging. No new tool to learn. No fields to fill. Nothing extra to remember to do.
How does Birdie know my sales process?
Two ways: it imports what you have, then learns the rest by ear.
Connect HubSpot and Birdie pulls in your pipeline on day one: your open deals, the companies and contacts behind them, your stages. So Birdie knows your deals before your first call.
From there it learns your language as you talk. Mention a stage or a next step and Birdie picks it up. No config screen.
What makes Birdie different
How is this different from voice-to-text or dictation apps?
Dictation writes down what you said. Birdie knows what to do with it.
Say "Acme's at 50k, closes Friday" and a dictation app hands you a sentence. Birdie updates the deal, the amount, and the close date, on the right record, in your CRM. It has your pipeline in memory. It isn't transcribing. It's working.

No HubSpot? Birdie starts fresh and builds its memory as you talk. Every session adds to what it knows about your deals, so it gets sharper with every call.
Can Birdie sit in on my sales calls?
Yes. Bring Birdie into a meeting and it listens silently, no interruptions.

Do I have to connect my calendar?
No, but it's where Birdie gets sharp.
Without a calendar, you start a session whenever you want and talk. Tap, brief Birdie, done.
Connect Google Calendar and Birdie works around your day. Before a call, ask for a brief. Birdie pulls up the deal, the last touch, your next step. After, debrief it in a sentence and your CRM updates itself. Or bring Birdie into the meeting to listen live.
Can I correct Birdie if it gets something wrong?
Always. You're never stuck with a mistake.
Correct yourself mid-call. Say "actually, make that 600k" and Birdie updates on the spot. Or fix it afterward on the recap screen. A correction always wins, and it flows straight through to your CRM.
Does Birdie work on mobile?
Yes. Birdie is built mobile-first, on iPhone today. Android is coming soon.

Does anything change in my CRM without me seeing it?
No. Nothing reaches your CRM until you review it and push it yourself.
Birdie lines up every change it heard. You glance, you tap, it's in. Nothing happens behind your back.
Where does my data go?
Into your own private workspace. Never pooled with anyone else's.
When you connect HubSpot, Birdie imports your deals and contacts into a knowledge base keyed to you alone. Voice runs through the call; updates push back to your HubSpot. Birdie doesn't keep recordings or full transcripts. Just the update and a short summary.
Is my sales data used to train AI models?
No. Your conversations are yours.
Birdie runs on enterprise AI providers that don't train on your data. Your pipeline stays your pipeline.
