Birdie still hears everything. New records Birdie picks up are held for you and unlock the moment you upgrade, so nothing you say is ever dropped. Your records are safe. You just can't add new ones on the free plan.
Yes. You never need to stop at Pro on the way. A two-person startup can jump from Free to Team directly.
Yes. Every Team seat gets everything in Pro, plus the shared team graph and the rest of the Team features.
Team is per seat with a 2 seat minimum, so the floor is $118/month. The billing owner buys seats and invites members. Adding a member above your seat count prompts a prorated seat purchase, and team billing is managed on the web.
Your first 14 days of Team are free, starting when your teammates accept their invites. Trying Pro requires no card.
Your data is never deleted. If your graph is over the Free cap it stays readable and searchable, you just can't add new records. Custom fields keep their values but freeze.
Yes, and it gets you 2 months free. Pro works out to $24/month, billed annually as $290. Team works out to $49 per user/month, billed annually as $590 per user.
